Our clients work with us because we’ve successfully helped them to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
That’s because our expertise and experience is a combination of technical, leadership and business management. We have an outstanding record of championing and implementing change across global leadership teams and organisations. What do we do best for clients? We deliver very real transformational change. Not one time. But every single time.
Darren Broadhead is a global leadership specialist in health, safety and well-being. He’s also a Chartered Fellow of IOSH. His expertise is in transforming the performance of senior management teams from the CEO, MD and directors to their junior managers – and, ultimately, their organisations.
Because Darren makes a very real difference to businesses, his work takes him all over the world – he’s worked in six continents, in more than 50 countries. Over the last 25 years, he’s worked in a broad range of sectors including construction, construction materials, quarrying, manufacturing, automotive, aeronautical, food and drink and packaging.
Nearly all of Darren’s work is through recommendations and referrals.
Katy Broadhead is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and has a sharp focus on the UK and global markets. She’s played a leading role in developing Broadhead Global’s highly successful business philosophy Broadly Thinking. This has proved to be effective and commercially positive for clients as well as future-proof – and continues to drive the business forward.
She interacts with a variety of clients, industries and people. She’s actively passionate about changing behaviour and influencing engagement through a ‘hearts and minds’ approach, believing it can make a huge difference to people by increasing employee engagement and driving business performance.
Previously, she worked across the UK and around the world within multinational blue-chip companies such as Mars, Mondelez and Fonterra, in both technical and commercial roles.
Sarah Prince is a respected safety behaviour and cultural change specialist. She uses her talents to support businesses in developing transformational change. Rather than concentrating on changing the behaviour of the workforce, she focuses on the business as a whole – the environment employees work in, the leaders and the way the leaders talk to their teams. Sarah works with organisations across the world – setting their people up to succeed.
Previously, she worked at HS2, where she was Head of Health and Safety for Phase One Area Central. Prior to this, she was an Advisor for BP, where she had responsibility for heading up investigation and incident learning in the Upstream Production business. She’s also worked for Alstom Grid and Lafarge Aggregates.
We’ve got a trusted and talented team of people working alongside us, who see the big picture. Like us, they’re curious individuals. They like asking questions, trying, discovering and creating new things, doing some research and studying our clients and their industries.
They share our Broadly Thinking approach too – as well as our vision and passion for delivering consistently great results for our clients.
The first time I met Darren was when he delivered leadership training to me. I was so impressed, I recommended him to our European organisation – and they went with it.
