Over 18 months, Broadhead Global supported our global organization to design, implement and follow up on a tailored development program for our 450+ HSE, Security and Sustainability professionals to strengthen our ability as effective business partners across the organization.
Darren Broadhead and his team of associates did not try to push an ‘off the shelf’ solution on us, but they spent time listening to our business needs, understanding our corporate identity, and produced suggestions and bespoke solutions that made sense for our organization.
They ended up supporting our most senior colleagues in one-on-one follow-up sessions which helped enhance their continuing professional development.
The whole program turned out to be a great learning experience for all, challenging, enjoyable, and strikingly insightful for our professional community.

We use Darren to deliver MPA’s Safer and Healthier by Leadership programme, which is open to our member companies. I’ve seen him in action, so I know he’s good.
Being able to develop a real-life scenario to challenge our people through group/individual and role play sessions, taking people out of their comfort zones and assessing them through a group of assessors, along with proving self-assessments by each candidate was very positive.

During a period of growth – and bringing in several companies into the Tarmac brand, we wanted an independent assessment in terms of compliance, leadership training and the business culture.
It was a delicate balance and we wanted to get it right from the outset. It’s important to have the right people, with the right credentials, right across the organisation who will act on the advice given and implement the changes that are necessary.
