We’re very excited to tell you that we’ve rebranded. Underneath our new name and branding though, we’re still the same.
So, what was the motivation behind the change?
Well, since we founded Darren Broadhead Consulting from humble beginnings in 2015, we’ve experienced a growth beyond anything we first imagined. As some of you will know, leaving a perfectly good job to go on your own, can be a conflicting mixture of emotions. But here we are four years later – still humble – working across six continents in more than 50 countries. Although we’ve ploughed our furrow in construction and construction materials, quarrying and manufacturing packaging with some big corporations like Hanson, Lhoist, Tarmac and Essentra – opportunities are now opening up in the wider manufacturing markets and food and drink.
It’s fair to say, we thought long and hard about rebranding. But in the end, we knew it made sense for our branding and identity to reflect our global growth, without losing the foundations we started on. Without doubt, our growth is firmly rooted in our business philosophy – Broadly Thinking – ‘by changing the way business leaders feel, think, talk and act about the health, safety and wellbeing of people, we’re transforming performance – we’re transforming businesses. Not just in the short term, but the long term’. On the face of it, it may sound somewhat simplistic, but our approach delivers very real results. It’s how we’ve built our reputation. Our clients, who have accompanied us in our growth, have openly shared the reasons why Broadly Thinking has made a difference to health and safety leadership, cultures and teams, across their businesses. As well as our new name, we’ve unveiled a new bridge logo. As some of you will know, we’re a big fan of bridges. For us, they represent an on-going journey. Not just ours, but everyone we work with. Bridges connect places and people. They increase knowledge, understanding and empathy. Plus, they allow better movement and exchange of communication and talent. Talking of journeys, our heartfelt thanks go to each and every one of you, who has supported us on ours. We’re genuinely chuffed to bits.
