Of her critics, who judge that this makes her a weaker leader – she questions why we teach kindness, empathy and compassion to our children, but when it comes to leadership, we want a complete absence of that.

Take a handful of these – Kim Kardashian, Prince Harry, Oprah Winfrey and Bono. You know great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.’
