At Darren Broadhead Consulting, we offer a Business Review service. Whether you feel that your H&S numbers are out of control or not telling you anything at all, we work with you to get an accurate grid reference of your current position.

This gives the precise co-ordinates of the key elements of your business and produces a map – a Road Map – to take you forward for significant and sustainable success.

During the business review process we will:

• Examine your current position using 1-1 meetings with the leadership team and identify where you are in terms of business maturity.
• Review, holistically, the corporate vision, company values and the strategy of your business.
• Visit key sites identified by you as being representative of the working output of your organisation. We will meet people and ask key questions around the organisational factors – company vision, their role and their input into the safety and general business process.
• Deliver a business healthcheck at a closing meeting on site. This explains precisely what the company does well and what it needs to focus on.
• This is not an audit – it is conversation and review around the performance of the organisation. It is not task focused.

Once the business review has been completed, we will:

• Complete a full report of our findings
• Draw up a detailed Road Map with health & safety as a focus to drive improvement
• Schedule a follow up half day to finalise the report

Following that half day meeting to finalise the report, we can further support you with the following:

• One day workshop to develop the Road Map into an actionable plan for the next 12 months
• Two day leadership workshop for safety leadership skills development.
• Further follow up days over the course of the year at quarterly or half yearly intervals to check progress against the Road Map.

This allows you to focus on what’s working, what needs improving and how this change can be implemented immediately and sustained for the long term.
